I wasn't very sure about seeing a therapist. But then I decided to see one before it was too late. I had sessions with Renalda at Wellness Center for the Mind. She is an amazing person to talk to. Calm and understanding. Helped me with my anxiety issues and other things. I feel more calm, relaxed and happy.
